If you have a co-pay it is due at the time of service. You are responsible for the fees at the time of our appointment. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to the initial session to inquire about your behavioral health benefits for co-pays, deductibles, etc.
New insurances are being added often. So, if you don’t see your insurance, please call the office.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require a 24 hour advance notice. If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment within the 24-hour time frame, or if you fail to show for an appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee.
Free Phone Consultations
We offer a free 15 minutes phone consultation to all new clients seeking therapy.

Your intake packet must be completed 24 hours prior to your session to avoid your appointment being cancelled.
